Business for Breakfast: A Different Business Networking Club

teacup_logo

Welcome to Business for Breakfast. We started life in Manchester, some seven years ago and are rapidly moving toward full national coverage. The company has now expanded to over 25 Franchises.

Here, in the South West, we already have six groups; in central Bristol, (2), in Thornbury, in Winterbourne, in Weston-super-Mare and in Pensford, just 6 miles from Bath.

We welcome visitors to any and all of our groups so, if you would like to see for yourself what we do and how we do it please get in touch. (You can book a breakfast place from here - just use the "Request Breakfast Place" feature on the main menu)

Friendly and Open: We are a different type of business club, less rigid and structured than some clubs, but with an absolute commitment to developing our members’ business through effective and enjoyable networking opportunities.

If you have ever found business gained from talking to and meeting people to be more effective than cold calling, then you have discovered the benefits of business networking.

Why we succeed: As a club, we believe networking to be an extremely powerful marketing tool, but also an enjoyable one.  We become friends and colleagues of the other members, all helping each other and our club to develop and succeed.  Many members form strategic alliances, with friendship building into new business opportunities.

Structured Success:  We operate to rules and a framework, ensuring all members and guests have an opportunity to explain their business or the referrals they are seeking.  However, we also add flexibility and common sense when applying our rules.  We have a successful structure to our meetings but we also enjoy them.  Members are treated as the responsible, mature, business people they are, without rigid structures prescribing our networking activity.

Valued Assets:  Our groups are run by and for our members.  After even one visit, guests can see that the clubs recognise the wealth of knowledge and experience the members have; an extremely valuable asset.  The club is never more important than the members.

Local Developments: Look out for new groups opening in 2008!
